Our mission is to promote the West Island's heritage. It is a not for profit organization founded in 2002 by local historical and heritage societies. It receives support from the Centre Local de Développement de l'Ouest-de-l'Île (CLD). Close to a hundred descriptive plaques have been installed on the 70 km trail since then for the benefit of the visitors.
