Description: This classical Scottish-style manor was built for Colonel Charles Wesley Maclean in 1916. It was designed by architect Robert Finlay in the spirit of the “Arts and Crafts- Shingl”e movement. The Macdonald Stewart family donated it to the City of Pointe-Claire, which restored the building and converted it into a municipal cultural centre in 1963.

Originally known as “Mull Hall,” it was built for Colonel Charles Wesley Maclean in 1916. It belonged to the Sainte-Croix fathers for a time, and was then purchased by the Macdonald Stewart family. The Stewarts donated the property to the City of Pointe-Claire, which restored the building and converted it into a municipal cultural centre in 1963.
